renovations

i have renovated the cottage top to bottom over the last few years.

here are the details:

cottage roof re-shingled using 30 year bp mystique shingles 

valleys were weaved, and ice and water shield applied to peaks, valleys, and 3 feet in from all edges(summer 2011)

eaves

4" aluminum eaves and down spouts installed (summer 2011)

insulated chimney 

all pipe from through wall to cap replaced(spring 2011)

wood flooring 

1"x 4" pine flooring throughout entire cottage (with the exception of the bathroom)(summer 2009)

kitchen 

new tile, cabinets, counter tops, sink, and faucet, (summer 2011)

bathroom 

new paint, cabinet, sink, and faucet (spring 2011)

interior french doors
a sliding door to the guest bedroom and a hinged door to the bathroom (summer 2011)

new decking on main deck 

an additional 12'- 0"x 16'- 0" deck was added to the existing deck 15 years ago this addition was removed, the joists replaced with new pressure treated joists and the decking replaced with 2" x 6" western red cedar (summer 2011)

exterior of the cottage as well as the deck balusters have been corn blasted, stained and sealed using sansin envirostain sdf (summer 2011)

two small bedrooms combined to create large master bedroom (summer 2009)

exterior pump house has been refaced using 1'x 4" pine (summer 2011)

garage renovations:

dock:

a new 8'- 0"x 8'- 0" cedar dock with a 4'- 0"x 8'- 0" cedar ramp (summer 2011)
